For proof of address we can accept:
Driving licence
Documents issued within the last 12 months:
- Mortgage statement showing transactions(UK )
- Financial statement such as ISA, pension or endowment showing transactions (UK)
- P45 or P60 statement (UK, Channel Islands) Council Tax Statement (UK or Channel Islands)
Document issued within the last 3 months:
- Credit card statement showing transactions (UK)
- Bank or building society statement showing transactions (UK, Channel Islands – Monzo & Revolut not accepted)
- Central or local government, government agency, or local council document giving entitlement, for example from the Department for Work and Pensions, The Employment Service, HMRC (UK, Channel Islands)
- Bank or building society account opening confirmation letter (UK)
- Utility bill but NOT a mobile telephone bill (UK)
- Benefit statement such as child benefit, pensions (UK)

Various shift patterns are available and these will be discussed with you on a call with the recruitment team.

As a Moment of Truth Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a team who support customers that may be experiencing a bereavement of a friend or family member. As a Senior Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers during very troubling times in their life when they experience unknown transactions on their account. Using the comprehensive training you’ll receive, you’ll help customers with their concerns, prevent financial crime, and provide exceptional service. No previous financial experience is required. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive team and provided with all the training required to grow and thrive in your career.
